Welcome to A Children's Habitat! We are so pleased that you are interested in pursuing a Montessori education for your child.

We are the standard bearer of early-child Montessori education in Indianapolis. We offer a toddler program for eighteen months to 3 years, two classrooms of 20 students ranging in age from 2.5 to 6, as well as extended day, kindergarten preparation, and kindergarten programs. We offer our students a chance to learn through self-discovery, reaching deep inside themselves to solve problems and master skills. We seek to help the child learn and grow as a whole person. Each of our morning preschool classrooms (2 1/2 to 6) is staffed by an experienced teacher certified by the American Montessori Society, as well as a trained assistant, who work together to create a warm, supportive environment for our children. As part of our Montessori curriculum, children take part in art, music, Spanish, gardening, and more.

We are a haven for families who are seeking a preschool that honors their children's development. Our families love our relaxed atmosphere and our serious approach to our children's education.
