Joyful Learning
Curiosity and joy for learning are habits cultivated by A Children’s Habitat.
Peace Education
Kindness, empathy, and peaceful conflict resolution comprise and inform both our explicit and implicit curriculum.
Community
Inspired by a spirit of community and the power of collective talents, we focus efforts on building relationships and working with one another.
Stewardship
Just as we care for one another, we care for our broader social and natural worlds.
WE’RE ALWAYS UP TO SOMETHING AMAZING
As promised, here’s part of our end-of-year highlights!
A glimpse of our Talent Show! ⭐️🎤✨
Habitat students stepped up brave and confident, bringing their own ideas, personalities, and joy to the stage.
Breakdancing, solos, magic tricks, and more lit up the room. We were inspired, entertained, and felt endless gratitude for their courage to shine on stage with us. Mr. Kellen even performed a sweet farewell if you watch until the end! 💫🤍✨

The end of our school year was rich with discovery, growth, and celebration here at ACH. Over the next few posts, we’ll revisit some of our favorite highlights, starting with our History Fair! 🤩
Lower Elementary (1st–3rd grade) and Upper Elementary (4th–6th grade) students shared their knowledge, creativity, and passion through a variety of fascinating projects. Topics included (but were not limited to!) the Lakota Sioux, Blackfeet, Cherokee and Navajo tribes, the Oregon Trail, Anne Frank, World War II, Napoleon Bonaparte, the first moon landing, and the history of our very own A Children’s Habitat Montessori School 😉 and many more!
Events like these remind us how meaningful learning becomes when children are encouraged to explore their interests, conduct research, and share their discoveries with others. We are so proud of the hard work and enthusiasm students brought to their presentations.
Stay tuned as we continue highlighting some of our favorite end-of-school-year memories! 🎒♥️✨
